I have taken three subsequent Harvard Medical School trainings on treating anxiety, couples therapy, and how to effectively use meditation and mindfulness techniques in psychotherapy. Work History:

Prior to starting clinical work as a psychotherapist, I taught for 7 years. I have been practicing as a mental health counselor since 2007, starting as an intern at an outpatient clinic at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Since 2008, I have been working as a psychotherapist at an outpatient community mental health center, and as of July 2012, I opened up my private practice in Melrose.
